The South Indian cuisine is synonyms to Dosa, such is the reach and fame of this fast food snack. Though it is predominantly a South Indian snack, Dosa is available Pan India wherever you go. People in Northern part love it like anything. Dosa is basically a cooked flat thin crust batter made of rice and black gram is filled with mashed potatoes.

The varieties of Dosas are immense be it Masala Dosa, Rava Dosa, Plain Dosa, Paper Dosa, Neer Dosa to name a few.
